Federation Models maintains a large inventory of products from over 40 manufactures. We do our best to keep the pages up to date but unfortunately we cannot guarantee every item is in stock at the time you place your order. Most suppliers fill our requests promptly so the delay is short.

Shopping with Us!

When deciding which items you will be purchasing simply add them to your cart. When you have finished shopping choose how you want to place your order at the bottom of the page then follow the instructions to complete your checkout.

The shopping cart system will calculate your shipping cost by the shipping method you choose. You will have the option to select the level of service you want, then you may choose to make your purchase.
You will not be charged unless that is your choice.

By utilizing our Online Ordering System to shop you will be able to:

Pay with a credit card --- American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa are accepted.
Pay using Paypal --- Paypal payments for domestic orders will only be accepted when shipping to a confirmed address.
Order by Mail --- You can use the shopping cart to prepare your mail order.
Order by Phone --- You can use the shopping cart to prepare your phone order.

When you choose to order by mail or telephone an email copy of your order is received here.
All you need to do is call us and provide your credit card information.

MAIL ORDERS

Payment may be made by Money Order, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa only. We do not accept personal checks, so please do not try, your order and check will be returned to you. Please make Money Orders payable to Federation Models. Mail orders will not be processed without your payment or credit card information enclosed. Please be sure to include your order form.

We ship around the world. Please review the Overseas Orders section for complete information.

Orders must be made payable in US funds.

Federation Models makes every effort to insure your satisfaction with the products you purchase.

Resin model kits are hand made and are not perfect. Minor flaws in the castings of resin models such as bubbles or missing small details are not uncommon and at our discression will not be covered. If you feel you are not able to correct, modify, or make minor repairs to the pieces then please do not order these kits.

All products sold by Federation Models are the responsibility of the individual producer.

Should you receive a defective resin model or your resin model kit is missing parts we will help you resolve any problems you may have.
Since we do not make most of the items we sell we are not able to supply you with missing or defective parts but we will notify the kit's producer so you get what you need.

Shipping Options

We ship orders 5 days a week.
We use the US Postal Service exclusively. Our website is linked in to their shipping calculator to offer you various shipping methods.
All domestic orders are shipped with delivery confirmation.
We do not ship partial orders unless you direct us to. You will be responsible for the shipping cost for the balance of your order should you choose a partial shipment.

Overseas Orders.

Overseas customers are offered two shipping options.

If the postage calculator overcharges you for shipping we will refund the difference to you.

Your shipping options are :

Priority Mail International - 3 to 10 days.

Express Mail International (EMS) - 2 to 3 days, insured , and trackable.

If you choose a level of service that is not suitable to the items you have ordered we will select the appropriate service, notify you of the change and charge the difference to your credit card.
By placing your order with us you agree to these terms.

Overseas orders require insurance to be tracked. Insurance is optional and you will need to notify us if you want to insure your order.

Federation Models is not responsible for any products once they have been shipped.

We suggest you insure your purchase or use a trackable shipping method. We want you to receive your order and shop with us again.

All refund or exchange claims must be made within 15 of shipping date (US only). If you need to contact us regarding your order please provide your 5 digit invoice number. A 10% charge is applied to all restocked items that are not defective.

Overseas returns are accepted for replacement, refund, or credit within 10 days of receipt of the item.

All kits contain small parts that can present a choking hazard to small children. All products are
intended for ages 12 and up.
