When deciding which items you will be purchasing simply add them to your cart. When you have finished shopping choose how you want to place your order at the bottom of the page then follow the instructions to complete your checkout.

The shopping cart system will calculate your shipping cost by the shipping method you choose. You will have the option to select the level of service you want, then you may choose to make your purchase.
You will not be charged unless that is your choice.

Ordering Options

Ordering products from Federation Models is easy!

You may shop online or mail your order to us.

By utilizing our Online Ordering System to shop you will be able to:

• Pay with a credit card --- Discover, Mastercard, or Visa are accepted.




• Pay using Paypal --- Paypal payments for domestic orders will only be accepted when shipping to a confirmed address.
  International orders do not require being confirmed.




• Order by Mail --- Use the shopping cart to prepare your mail order. Just print out your completed order and mail it and your money order or credit card information to us!

When you choose to order by mail we receive a copy of your order.

MAIL ORDERS

Payment may be made by Money Order, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa only.  We do not accept personal checks, so please do not try, your order and check will be returned to you. Please make Money Orders payable to Federation Models. Mail orders will not be processed without your payment or credit card information enclosed. Please be sure to include your order form.

We ship around the world. Please review the Overseas Orders section for complete information.

Orders must be made payable in US funds.

Federation Models makes every effort to insure your satisfaction with the products you purchase.

Building model kits requires patience and problem solving. The models we offer will need some sanding and may need to be test fit prior to final assembly. Resin model kits are hand made and are not perfect. Minor flaws in the castings of resin models such as bubbles or missing small details are not uncommon. If you feel you are not able to correct, modify, or make minor repairs to the pieces then please do not order these kits.

All products sold by Federation Models are the responsibility of the individual producer.

We want you to be pleased with your experience.
Should you receive a defective resin model or your resin model kit is missing parts we will help you resolve any problems you may have.
Since we do not make most of the items we sell we are not able to supply you with missing or defective parts right away but we will notify the kit's producer so you get what you need.

Shipping Options

We ship orders 5 days a week.
We use the US Postal Service exclusively. Our website is linked in to their shipping calculator to offer you various shipping methods and their costs.
The shipping cost is determined by the weight of the items you order and the service you select.
Once your order is shipped a delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you.
We do not ship partial orders unless you direct us to.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost for the balance of your order should you choose a partial shipment.

Overseas Orders.

**If the postage calculator overcharges you for shipping we will refund the difference to you.**

**If you choose an incorrect shipping option, we will charge you the difference in cost.**

Overseas customers are offered three shipping options:

First-Class Package International- 6 to 10 days, trackable.
This option is for decal sheets, painting templates, and small parts only. Model kits will not fit in these envelopes.

Priority Mail International - 6 to 10 days, trackable.

Priority Mail Express International - 3 to 5 days, insured and trackable.

By placing your order with us you agree to these terms.

Overseas orders using Priority Mail International do not require insurance to be tracked.
For additional security, insurance is optional and you will need to notify us if you wish to insure your order.

Federation Models is not responsible for any products once they have been shipped.

We suggest you insure your purchase or use a trackable shipping method. We want you to receive your order and shop with us again.

All refund or exchange claims must be made within 15 days of shipping date (US only).

If you need to contact us regarding your order please provide your 5 digit invoice number.

A 10% charge is applied to all restocked items that are not defective.

Overseas returns are accepted for replacement, refund, or credit within 15 days of receipt of the item.

All kits contain small parts that can present a choking hazard to small children. All products are
intended for ages 12 and up.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we deem "undesirable".
